Area Homes Realty was incorporated in 2001 by Stephen Bell, Thomas Scanlan, and Sheila Ryan. This new company was formed as a result of the closing of Carlson GMAC, where we all worked. We believed that we could establish a thriving, full service residential brokerage firm that would service many communities in and around the Greater Boston Area. We have done that.

We have completed four very successful years of operation and have sold houses in close to fifty different communities. Revenues continue to increase and we see ourselves as becoming more of a factor relative to market share in the near future.

Currently we have over twenty licensed real estate agents within Area Homes Realty. Many of the agents have various work experiences and are multi-lingual.

Other languages spoken include Hebrew, Russian, Portuguese, Armenian, Spanish and Iranian. We encourage diversity and this allows us to provide many customers with a unique and quality customer service level that our customers expect and deserve.
